My product delivered but it has typo on it. What should I do?
Please contact us via the Etsy message system. If we made a mistake we will send you a replacement without any additional cost.
If you provided a wrong customization (made a typo or autocorrected by phone) we can still send you a replacement but we may apply an additional charge (shipping cost+product cost).
Please double-check your customization details at the checkout before completing transactions. We will customize your order exactly what you provided.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I am sorry, we don't provide gift wrapping and packaging. But we can add a small gift note on the label. For Example: "Gift From Scarlett".
Please contact us right after placing your order to add that gift note. Please don't request a gift note via "Note to the Seller" section at the checkout
My order returned to the sender. What should I do?
Please contact us via the Etsy message system. If the problem is caused by the shipping service we will send you a replacement right away.
If you provided a wrong shipping address ( wrong apt. number, missing apt. number, invalid address, etc.) we can still send you a replacement. But we may ask for an additional shipping charge for the replacement.
If you forgot to change the shipping address at the checkout please contact us immediately. If we haven't shipped your order yet we can update the shipping address.

The sign doesn't come with any hanging hardware. I reached out to the seller and was told to use double sided scotch tape? The sign is too heavy for that. There should be brackets or hooks that you can hang your sign with. I bought this months ago and can't figure out how to get this on the wall. I've gone so far as to try to attach my own hanging hardware using glue, but it doesn't stay attached. Additionally, I don't like the dark wood wash. It doesn't look real if you peer at it closely. From a distance it appears to be real wood, but at close range it looks spray painted.

I fell in love with my girls name signs! Definitely would recommend she gives you different prices. Amazing quality signs made out of 100 percent wood. I got the smallest signs for my 3 girls for less than 40 dollars;for their playroom. Definitely 10/10

I loved the quality and the smell of the oak wood she uses. Fast shipping and she packs the names with a bunch on care. I ordered 3 names for my 3 toddler girls play room. If I must say, “I feel some of the review images don’t do enough justice for this product.” That’s why,I tried my best to take good pictures. I would definitely recommend ordering for y’all to see for yourself. As well she offered the best price! For the great quality. You won’t be disappointed.
