    My product delivered but it has typo on it. What should I do?

    Please contact us via the Etsy message system. If we made a mistake we will send you a replacement without any additional cost.

    If you provided a wrong customization (made a typo or autocorrected by phone) we can still send you a replacement but we may apply an additional charge (shipping cost+product cost).

    Please double-check your customization details at the checkout before completing transactions. We will customize your order exactly what you provided.

    Gift wrapping and packaging

    I am sorry, we don't provide gift wrapping and packaging. But we can add a small gift note on the label. For Example: "Gift From Scarlett".

    Please contact us right after placing your order to add that gift note. Please don't request a gift note via "Note to the Seller" section at the checkout

    My order returned to the sender. What should I do?

    Please contact us via the Etsy message system. If the problem is caused by the shipping service we will send you a replacement right away.

    If you provided a wrong shipping address ( wrong apt. number, missing apt. number, invalid address, etc.) we can still send you a replacement. But we may ask for an additional shipping charge for the replacement.

    If you forgot to change the shipping address at the checkout please contact us immediately. If we haven't shipped your order yet we can update the shipping address.
